Project Overview

The Monterey Undergrounding Utilities Project scope of work includes the undergrounding of overhead utilities along Monterey Road from Dunne Avenue to south of Spring Avenue. This work currently includes the undergrounding of overhead utilities for PG&E and City street lights. In addition, sidewalks will be repaired at certain locations.  Verizon and Charter will complete their portion of undergrounding utility work separately. This project started in June 2016 and was completed in December 2017.
