Communications Assessment 2016

The City of Morgan Hill values the voices of its residents and businesses.  In 2016, the Morgan Hill City Council recognized specific focus areas for the year.  "Improving Our Communications" was one of the focus areas. 

To support this focus area, the City contracted with Tripepi Smith & Associates to conduct a Communications Assessment for the City.  The assessment process includes interviews with key teammates and community stakeholders, a review of policies and procedures, in-depth look at the analytics of the City website and all the City's social media accounts, and a survey.

The Communications Satisfaction Survey was available in both English and Spanish, online or by hardcopy.  The entire community was encouraged to provide their input by taking the short survey.  The survey is now closed.

Recommendations from the Communication Assessment will be presented to the City Council at the City Council meeting on January 25th, 2017.
