You are invited to a Community Presentation to review the Morgan Hill City Council district elections, our local Morgan Hill ballot measures and State Proposition 6. Q & A will follow
For the first time in Morgan Hill we are electing our City Council members by district. District B and D are the open seats, along with the mayoral seat. This means that Morgan Hill voters will only vote for a Council-member candidate in this election if there is an open seat in the district they live in. Residents can learn what district they live in by using the interactive map on the City website. Voting for mayor is still at large, so all Morgan Hill voters will be able to vote for a mayoral candidate.
Additionally Morgan Hill has three local ballot measures on the 2018 November Ballot. You can learn about all three measures at: http://www.morgan-hill.ca.gov/2018BallotMeasures
