In 2014 the City of Morgan Hill formed Community Facilities District No. 2014-1, Fisher Creek, to fund all or a portion of the costs of the maintenance and monitoring required by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board for the realignment of Fisher Creek within or adjacent to the District.
Pursuant to section 53343.2 of the Government Code, City is publishing on it’s website, the annual required information.
