How and Where to Vote

The City of Morgan Hill contracts with the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters Office (ROV) to provide elections services. The ROV has modernized voting and is providing voters with greater flexibility and convenience. 

  • Every registered voter now receives a Vote by Mail Ballot starting the week of October 5th
  • Voters can drop their ballots off at the Post Office or any Ballot Drop Box location in Santa Clara County
  • Voters can drop their ballots off at any Vote Center in Santa Clara County 
  • Voters can vote a paper ballot or using a voting machine to cast their ballot at any Vote Center in Santa Clara County
  • Voters can drop their ballots off at the ROV after October 5th
  • Voter can pick up ballots at the ROV or any Vote Center

The following is a list of Vote Centers and Ballot Drop Box Locations within Morgan Hill

Vote Center - October 31, 2020 through November 3, 2020 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily

  • City of Morgan Hill Council Chamber Building, 17555 Peak Avenue 
  • Morgan Hill Presbyterian Church, 16970 De Witt Avenue
  • Ann Sobrato High School Arts Theater Center Lobby, 401 Burnett Avenue

Ballot Drop Box Locations - Available starting on October 5, 2020

  • City of Morgan Hill City Hall, 17575 Peak Avenue 
  • Morgan Hill Library, 660 W Main Avenue 
  • Morgan Hill Unified School District Office, 15600 Concord Circle 
  • Nordstrom Elementary School, 1425 E Dunne Avenue
