The project consists of the development of a vacant 2.671-acre site for a market rate housing development. The site has been subdivided into nine lots. This project would be comprised of 9 units, including two duets and seven single family units. Previous approvals included a Final Map and Environmental Review. The previous Design Review Permit expired.
The proposed project is located at the intersection of Diana Avenue and Walnut Grove Drive, immediately west of U.S. Highway 101 (US 101). The land use of the site is Residential Detached Medium (up to 7 du/ac) and the zoning is Residential Detached Medium (RDM-9,000).
