This is a request for amendments to the Tennant Station Master Sign Program. Amendments include adding clarifying language that restricts specifically vinyl window graphics to not exceed allowable window signage size of up to 20% of window area, increasing fascia mounted letter size height from 18” to 28”, increasing fascia mounted logo height from 24” to 25”, adding allowances for wall art/logo, and clarifying sign area to not exceed 1.5 square feet of linear frontage per elevation
