The proposed project was publicly noticed for an Administrative Hearing on July 13, 2021. Notifications were mailed out to adjacent property owners within 300-feet of the project site and a newspaper legal ad for the minimum of 10-day period. No comment comments were received on the project.
A Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) was adopted for the SR2017-0007 Design Review Permit. The proposed modifications to SR2017-0007 were reviewed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The City of Morgan Hill Community Development Director hereby finds that the proposed project with minor modifications could have a significant effect on the environment; however, there would not be a significant effect in this case because mitigation measures described in the Adopted MND are included in the amended project. The custodian of the documents or other material which constitute the record shall be the Development Services Department.
