Administrative Public Hearing
The Morgan Hill Development Services Department received a letter of request to hold a public hearing for this application on October 12, 2021. The Development Services Director conducted an Administrative/Director's Public Hearing on November 1, 2021, to receive input on the proposed SR2020-0028 as stated above. The Design Permit process evaluates the project to ensure high-quality design consistent with existing plans and regulations adopted by the City Council.

All interested persons are invited to review and provide comments on the plans for the Design Permit. In order to be considered in the Administrative decision process, your letter or email must be received by the Development Services Department no later the 9:30 p.m. on October 12, 2021. Update: The deadline to submit a request is now closed. An Administrative/Director's Hearing is set for November 1, 2021 (see meeting details above).
