The successful bidder and any subcontractor(s) must possess a current and valid California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB) license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the work: CSLB C-10 (Electrical).
Special Requirements:
Bidders must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and possess a DIR Public Works Contractor number.
Miscellaneous:
This is a State Prevailing wages contract.
The successful bidder will be required to obtain a City of Morgan Hill Business License, if they do not already possess a City Business License.
